What Guests Are Saying

Strawberry Park has received mixed reviews, with some guests praising the cleanliness of the park, pools, and friendly staff, particularly highlighting individuals like Mimi and Frankie for their exceptional service. However, many long-time visitors express disappointment with management, safety concerns for children, limited activities, and poor customer service experiences, especially regarding booking issues and cabin availability. Overall, while the park has beautiful surroundings and some positive aspects, significant improvements are needed in management and guest relations.

Honestly so disappointed with what Strawberry Park has turned into. My family and I have been coming for over 40 years and it is just not the same anymore. Safety for the kids has become very limited, there aren’t as many activities and they are not very organized. Everything has the wrong information, the signs outside the creamery said on Saturdays it is open until 11pm, which it is not. The arcade is a joke, there used to be tattoos which all the kids loved. The gym they put in, a bigger joke. If you can’t keep up with the things you are putting in, maybe just don’t do it. We used to love this campsite but it just seems like the management isn’t as friendly and doesn’t care as much as the old management. They need to figure it out, my family will be going to the campsite up the street from now on!

Do not go here! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I booked online through expedia. Paid in full for a cabin. They took my money no problem. Then emailed me the cabin was not available and to contact them, off site, to get a different camp site. One i didn't want or even ask for. It all sounded sketchy to me so I told them to just refund the money to me and I'll go somewhere else. The person emailing me instead of refunding the money told me to contact the office to get a new site. I responded with I would just like a refund please. They ghosted me. So I call the site to get my money, which is not a small amount remind you close to $500, and the first person I talk to hangs up on me before I can say anything. The second person starts blaming me for booking through expedia and not them. Because there inability to use third party websites is my fault? After all that the apparently only person able to give refunds conveniently isn't there but would call me back. Was told I would definitely get my money back... suprise they never called. Luckily expedia has protection and I can get my money back through them. Save yourself a headache and stay away! If the whole place is run by the people booking I would fear for my children going there.

I rented a rv campsite for my 4th of July weekend 5 night in total cost $515 every thing was going as normal but then on Saturday afternoon July 4th we were in the pool everyone getting along everyone enjoying ourselves no problems at all people playing volleyball everyone singing songs together a really fun time until two men from management came in told everyone to stop the music so everyone let them know in protest to his decision to stop the music and booed and when that happened they told everyone to leave the pool and closed it on everyone ......I can't describe the the way people were feeling about this decision management made so unbelievable so un justified and on top off all this all the cowards had the state police on standby but never needed to bother law enforcement when everyone was peaceful really bad decision-making on these individuals who were on some type of power trip.It felt racist and targeted i will definitely choose other campsites from now on. They need to really do something better about their management.

We went for a short getaway and God!, it was the right choice.. the areas were clean, the pools were super clean and also were the common areas like bathrooms and play areas. The park is beautiful all around and the staff was amazing!
I got the blessing of dealing with Mimi and Frankie and they treated us like family! Definitely a memory that our kids will carry for ever.. Thank you Strawberry park!

I rented through a post on VRBO. Come to find out the owner advertises units that are not what he is actually renting. I paid $700 for 2 night plus had to pay for insurance. The rental camper was deteriorated. The fridge didnt work. The stove didnt work. The trailer wasnt even the trailer listed in the ad. I had medications that needed to be refridgerated so I was given a bag of ice to accomdate. When the stove wasnt working I was told I could go to Walmart to purchase a grill or buy food from the restaraunt at the campground. The trailer had no hot water. The GFI switches were flickering. The unit wasnt cleaned. The chairs were stuck to the table. We were told upon arrival we had to wear plastic wristbands in case a fight breaks out they knew we were check in guests. Are there that many fights at a family friendly resort?? The actual "Host" on Vrbo is the owner of the resort that rents the same rental that I paid 700 for 2 nights for rents them online for 190.00 a night.. The owner has ignored VRBO and myself when we attempt to contact him.
