This is a great community. People are so friendly. I've been here for almost 4 years, and we don't plan on going any where. We love it. Charlotte, the manager is great, she tries hard to I'mprove on things for the community. Couldn't ask for a better manager!

We have been here 2 seasons now and are very grateful we found Big Tree!! Friendly people, lots of activities, great management, clean and well maintained. We look forward to many more years at Big Tree!!

I have spent the winter months here at Big Tree for 10 years. This a very social and supportive community. There are a lot of activities for a variety of interests. I love the community atmosphere where we value the health and safety of our neighbors and try to help where and when we can.
The current park management has done an extraordinary job at addressing issues quickly. Thank you. Highly recommended this park for cost, safety, location and community atmosphere.

This place is great, from the amenities to people. Me and my wife just moved in and couldn't be happier. Staff very nice, maintenance does a great job. No riff Raff lol. Definitely recommend this place 馃檪
