The roads in rv park are very narrow. The sites are very close together. They have some nice amenities, but I feel it is not big rig friendly .

No one available on Sundays, sites are small for a 37 foot motorhome with slides. Book this together with another family, and we are not even close to each other. Very poor management. Thousand Trails should be ashamed to have this park in their collection.

Good place. My second time here. We stay here for the Croom MTB rides. Gets quiet early. Not much noise. Not scenic. But good location for stuff around here. Many long stayers. They pack em in here also.

After I moved back from Tennessee and was in need of somewhere to stay with my son and my cousin who are both good teenagers. We needed a place to live my parents live in the clover leaf 55+ park. So we paid monthly to have a camper at the camp ground. They made me take my pop up screen gazebo down because according to them it was not new. It was not tattered, worn, ripped nothing of the sort. But other people have gazebos that are just more expensive. Which as a single mom I could not afford: we were given an eviction notice on the 23rd of December (merry Christmas) they said it was due to clutter. Almost all the campers have gear under neath them or totes. We had a pack n play for our tiny dogs. We didn’t bother anyone. Other campers have ac units hanging out of them and according to the rules you can not have. We were given a 7 day eviction right before Christmas. We paid rent. We were quiet. Thank you clover leaf for leaving my family homeless at Christmas and we are so sorry we did not meet your Karen rich stuck up standards. You should be ashamed for attacking my family when other people are doing worse things such as making the whole park smell like marijuana.

We stayed here for 3 nights, using out Thousand Trails membership as part of our shakedown cruise. Our first site (515) was open and spacious, but as we started to set up the water started bubbling out of the ground. We quickly got off the site and the office staff offered us 2 other sites. We selected 511, and set up with out issue. Yes, there are permanent here, some are well maintained and others could use some attention. But, we have seen this everywhere! The office staff and all the maintenance people were helpful and friendly. Yes, some sites are smaller, but it shows the age of the park. Pools and clubhouse were well maintained. I walked the MH and RV sides and all residents were friendly. We would stay again. Warning the 501-515 sites back up to the main road.
