I'm currently a resident here at blueberry Hill. I have been here for almost a year now. I have never had so many problems until the new management took over. Instead of me writing emails to the office about a complaint or anything that has happened I go up to the office in person. Every single time I go to the office to ask a question the manager there has a horrible attitude about everything he screams at you demands you to look at him always says your wrong or your in the wrong and has always pointed the finger at us. Just recently my daughter was hit by a car getting off the bus in the parking lot in front of the office were there are cameras. They sent somebody down to take my information so they can go up and investigate it. I didn't here anything back the next day so I went up in person and talked to management directly they said they never heard anything they will look into it. I said ok few days go by I still don't hear anything but I get a notice that my car is parked incorrectly so once again I go up to the office to ask about it and management storms out of the office and just starts screaming at me. And once again I ask about the investigation and they once again say they didn't know anything happened when I literally talked to him face to face about it the day after it happened. This place has been unbelievably unpleasant to stay here. They do not control any bug problems they say it's your problem when you have an issue and you talk to them directly they do nothing they hand you a small piece of paper and say email me. He is very rude with the way he talks to you. It's either his way or he will evict you. Doesn't fix any problems no matter if you email them or not and he's always right and your always wrong. Won't fix the issues with people letting there dogs poop everywhere. My daughter being hit bye a car isn't the first time a kid has been hit bye a car here. I feel like as soon as you make a complaint about it they nit pick you until eventually you just leave or he makes something up to get you evicted. Tara was always the better manager. She solved every issue accordingly and very quickly sense new management came in this place has become very disastrous and poorly maintained.

One of the absolute worst experiences we have ever encountered. We stayed here for 18 months ! I will start with what is good. The maintenance men are top notch and they do not get enough recognition. That being said , everything else was awful. Absolutely no shade in the entire place and you are surrounded by Blacktop so it get very very hot. Lots and lots of police activity. We were constantly watching people be arrested for domestic violence , hit and run of a child of her bike , theft , people opening doors to people's campers and looking inside , constant foot traffic between rv spaces because people rather walk thru your space than walk around on the roads. Middle of the night or broad daylight people will come walk right next to your camper to get thru to the other side. LOTS of Walmart and gas station trash. COMPLETELY INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND ANTS ! When we moved out we had to get pest control in our camper because it was out if control. The photos show a resort online but its ANYTHING BUT A RESORT ! It is a DUMPSTER WITH LIPSTICK! Tara has to be the worst manager I have ever experienced. Very bad attitude, girl boss type. Couldn't get mail till the end of the day when they decided to sort it out. Try their best to evict anyone with kids. They take pictures of your site and circle things they see as problems , when they are just normal. And stick in your mailbox. They never speak to you when there is a problem. Just just put papers in your mailbox. If you make a complaint about a neighbor , the next day you will have a violation. Water was constantly out or under boil water notice and they do not tell guests who are just pulling in that water if off. They wait to get paid and then the normal residents have to share the Info that we didn't have water for almost 7 days at one time. If you want to keep your RV BUG FREE and you want quality customer service I highly recommend you stay ELSEWHERE! Our experience.

We needed a spot for a couple days with mechanical issues and Blueberry Hill Rv staff helped us out! First time here - is a beautiful park with all the amenities you could ask for. Thanks for helping us out and I have the feeling we'll be back! If you need a spot for a day or two or more, I'm sure the office can help.... Sonya is doing a great job!!

I want to edit my original review. I have been at Blueberry Hill Rv Resort for over a year now. They are just the best hands down. Blueberry Hills front desk receptionists are super polite and have amazing customer service. They are very fast at resolving any issue you may encounter. The grounds keepers are just the coolest, most hard working guys I have met in some time. They do amazing job keeping Blueberry Hill looking the best! I mean this place is super clean. They have awesome amenities to enjoy like a heated swimming pool. A super clean billiards room, a very quiet library, their own on site laundry. There is a lot more amenities and special things that they host here at Blueberry Hill it would take me all day to write. I feel safe and at peace here. The neighbors around me are just awesome. Everyone waves at each other. Never experienced that before. Thank you very much Blueberry Hill Rv Resort. Keep shining ✨️

I have been staying long-term in my rv for several years and this is the most unwelcome I have ever felt. We literally got a notice our site is not "well kept' and it listed a hula hoop. Yet the neighbor's yard is full of junk. They even said not to bring up other sites as we don't know what's been said to them, but it's obviously nothing. If you want to go about life peacefully not bothering anyone, avoid this place.
