Its become a place known for snobby people. If you need to feel special than this is the place. Manager and entire staff are the best. Almost everyone there have Golf carts and its apparently a status symbol for most. Many speed through the streets. And if you really want to get a feel for the average residents mindset go on their group Facebook page. One more thing, two actually, there are many, many residents with dogs and when you need to walk them down the streets (where else really) they are going to do the natural thing. Management provides ample waste stations and plenty of bags but many residents consider the grass around their concrete site to be "their yard" and get very, very upset when peoples pets take care of business, in the grass, next to the street.. Wow! Its an RV park people, not your personal property. The other issue, ANTS, plenty of them. Its Florida and you have to expect that. The type that occupy are known as crazy ants. They scurry around quickly and when you step on one or more (and you will) a swarm will be immediately attracted to the pheromone and be everywhere. Many residents constantly spray poison around their site and even on yours, my wonderful neighbor did. Sprayed where I walk to pull my tanks and also surely sprayed my water line and water connection, not cool. I will never go back. Not because the ants, management or owners but the people man. I didnt know there were rooms, but, i have my Flagstaff RV there and its a fantastic place. The environment is so peaceful, and the staff there is top shelf. I couldnt be happier even if I owned the place myself 😂

Really nice Place. Large sites and very well groomed. The pool is great! We stayed as guest for 3 yrs and as a resident for 1 yr. We liked the area so much that we bought a property and now enjoying the area as a full timer.

This is by far the nicest Passport America Park in which we have ever stayed. We are just passing through and needed somewhere for about 10 hours overnight and Kelly took great care of us, our packet was waiting at the door when we arrived at 9:00 p.m.. very modern Resort with concrete pads. Too bad we don't have time to stay a few more days!

Only stayed for 1 night, but this place is nice. Ladies in the office were nice and friendly at check in. Whole place is immaculate lots are nice size. They have a calendar of events that seemed like they have plenty of things to do if you want.
