Small, clean, pretty 2 spot primitive campground. Very quiet. No showers but there is a surprisingly well kept porta potty. Great fishing. Boat ramp is cement and fairly steep. VERY steep drop next to spot one.

The place is nice for camping and outdoors. The biggest problem is that they don't allow pets. It's important to take your four legged friend wiith you to remote places.

Camping spot was fine. Right on the river. Beautiful sunrises. Everything was perfect... Till Friday.
This is the Locals kids drinking spot. They come all weekend throwing garbage everywhere. A group of the underage drinkers physically threatened our family weapons were drawn and cops were called. They also threw M80s in the perfectly clean Port a potty and blew waste everywhere inside including a 3 foot radius outside.
The cops ended up catching the kids leaving and just returned them all to their parents to party the next night. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Hole in the wall town at all cost. Nothing is wrong with the Actual campsite itself. It's the Town/People there.
If you do choose to stay. I would advise only during the week. And bring something to protect yourself with.

On the website, it states that there are only 2 sites (technically 3 if you count the large area by the boat ramp), picnic tables, and fire rings. I reserved site #1, closest to the river. It's gravelly and pretty small. Neither site 1 or 2 had picnic tables or fire rings, so that was annoying, but thankfully, I had brought a table. The portajohn was disgusting, like it hadn't been serviced in a loooooong time, so prepare to use the woods as your bathroom. Overall, folks who showed up throughout my stay were very friendly. There's also plenty of firewood to gather, so that's nice. It's a nice and quiet place overall. Just be sure to reserve site 2 and avoid that porta john!

It's a nice little boatramp/camping area. I believe there are only 3 actual campsites with room for maybe 2 or 3 others to squeeze in. Any size rig should be fine. The road in is fine, a little wash boarded but not bad. The signs say the sites are by reservation only, however we didn't know that and we still got a spot, just not one of the nicer spots overlooking the river. A local camping here said that there are often reserved spots that stay empty, not sure what that's about.
