Grove Ridge

This place is everything I was looking for. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff are great! Everyone is helpful and very friendly 😊. I want to thank Teresa and Lee for being so welcoming sweet!

I travel for work so I’ve been to 100s of campgrounds in 30 plus states and this one by far is one of the cleanest and nicest. Meant some great neighbors in my short time here. Wish I was here longer to stay here. Everything is so clean and up tight they actually care. And having a shed on ur lot is a great idea I wish every campground did that. Great for storage or a little hang out spot outside away from the sun.

We had a place here for about 3 years. Very friendly great pool area and lots of activities we only left because we had an offer we couldn't refuse on aplace across the street.

We have been staying at Grove Ridge whenever we visit our Florida family. It has been eight years now, and never disappoints. Our neighbors are friendly, the manager, Lee Collins and staff Theresa are quick to help with any issue, accommodating and professional. We have to give a special shoutout to Vic, who wears many hats and responds to every call of distress. Just this morning, we reported a problem with our dryer and as I walked home, Vic’s cart passed me and beat me to the door.
We feel in good hands here. Rave review.

Well when I first moved into this Resort I was a little hesitant. I just turned 55 didn't know if the community like this would fit with me. But I must say the staff here have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. I travel quite a bit for work and they are more than happy to help you out when it comes to packages or anything that's pending on my RV situated on my lot. I have actually been blown away by how caring, sweet, and I feel they're going pretty much out of their way to be helpful to me. I lived in very nice apartment complexes all over Tampa this is my first residence and Dade city. I've never felt so welcome and treated so nicely in a community. Theresa and Lee have been amazing and if I knew the names of the other staff members, that's my bad, I would say they're all great. there are a few other 55 in our communities within a small radius from this location, but I feel that this one is the best. it's pleasant to look at, the grounds are kept up nicely, and everybody greets you with a smile in a wave.
