I currently reside there and find it quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoy it and the office is very nice - not racist at all per comments I seen below - Kathy and Becky are great. You make your lot what it is and I find mine to be just what I needed. No bugs No mold spacious and clean :)

This is a place for those in need. My wife and I are a mixed couple and have had no issues with racism. They were very inviting and helpful. Not every place is perfect but they make you feel at home and make sure your taken care of.

They don't clean the units prior to someone moving in. Told them I was mowing in on a set date and that I had my own furniture and the furniture in the unit needed to be removed. Moved in at 9 am and it wasn't until 330 when they finally removed the furniture. They charge way to much. Unit I was in had several soft spots in the floors. They covered up the dryer vent when they put new floors on.

Was told they don’t accept campers older than 10 years when I called to ask if any spots were available, (we have a 2004 that is in very good condition and doesn’t look old). Drove through the complex because we were close and it was full of beaten down campers that are not taken care of and definitely older than 10 years. I don’t want to be anywhere they have to lie to me but I wouldn’t recommend it just from seeing it.

Place is rundown. Mold was all in my house. Stove turn everything black. Landlords would never fix it. DRAMA in park. Martha and nanthan kicked us for being behind not that muxh. While everyone was at to stay that was behind in the thousands
