If I could give zero stars I would! When we arrived, I had trouble getting my motorhome positioned to where it was semi-level since there were serious ruts in this unpaved camping spot. Even if the ruts were corrected, the site would have been very unlevel. I plugged into the electric outlet for my site and nothing - I plugged into the outlet for a neighboring site. The “comfort station” was filthy. The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and the shower water pressure must have been less than a gallon per minute. There looked to be a large number of long-term residents in the “better” part of the property that had a “comfort station” that had a keyless lock which was not available. That might have been nicer. All this for a mere $99.20/night. They have the audacity to charge a “resort fee” for this dump. I would never stay here again!

This was the worst managed and maintained RV park we've ever been to.
We arrived around 4:50pm on a Wednesday. The office had a sign that it was "closed for the day" and to check the red box on the railing for your spot info. There were only generic maps in the container. Our online reservation said spot number pending. We called the office number, which rang inside the empty office, and also the "emergency" number, which no one ever answered and didn't even have its voicemail setup.
Eventually, we ran into a long term resident who informed us that the short timers usually stay at one of the spots up front. He then called over to a maintenance guy who was leaving for the day who said to just park anywhere and stop by the office tomorrow.
The first thing we noticed was the spots were perpendicular to the fairly narrow road and nearly impossible to back into. After having trouble with this, someone recommended we just drive through another site to get to our site - that's what everyone does apparently. We then realized the hookups were a random mess. Some "sites" had no water (or I guess water if you run a hose across other sites). Many sites had sewer hookups on the wrong side, or even the back of the RV. We had to move a couple times to get a place with all the hookups on the driver's side. While moving, two other guests mentioned they'd gone through the exact same process when they arrived — apparently this is just how check-in works here.
The sites were very unlevel, sinking in at the middle. I saw some rigs parked sideways to compensate.
We then went to use the bathroom and were shocked. The bathroom was pretty dirty and had very wet floors, but what stood out were the uncovered glass windows on the men's bathroom. You could see the urinals and the shower curtain through these windows, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. One of the showers had the cold and hot lines reversed too.
Our last day there we were woken up early by the sound of a large class A struggling to get out from being stuck in the mud. They had to cut across another empty site to get out but got stuck at the low point in the center where the back-to-back sites meet. They ended up having to get a tow truck to pull them out.
I absolutely recommend staying elsewhere. It's not worth it. They need to re-level their sites, fix the random hookups, install shades or curtains on the bathrooms, actually assign site numbers to people with reservations, and answer their emergency phone line.

**UPDATE YO REPLY TO OWNER**
We made the reservation 5 months ago in September, not 35 minutes before arriving.

We saw no notice of the property being under renovation. You can also see other reviews describing the same issues with the bathrooms. One review from 2 years ago also included pictures and videos confirming the same situation. If the lack of privacy in the bathrooms for 2 years is due to "renovations", then it's another example of how this property is managed.

Wonderful experience at champions gate!. We traveled here years ago when it was know as "Mouse Mountain". It was nice then, but it is much nicer now! such a friendly staff! Assistant Manager Quinn and the manager Cory treated us really well and check in process was a breeze. Would recommend anybody that is looking to stay close to Disney. Only 15 minutes away from all 4 parks! We love it here!

We arrive for our reserved 10 day stay and check in. We are told how to get to our site but may not be able to turn right to get to our pull through site because there is a permanent camper in the roadway. We try to turn the bend and not able so we back up and go to next road to back into our paid for pull through site. Get down to our site and there are two vehicles parked on our site. Now we have to go figure out who they belong to. Found one owner and not the other so I have to walk back to office and ask what to do now. She puts us on a different site. So we loop all the way back around and get to our new site. Oh my gosh the garbage everywhere. Probably hundreds of cigarette butts, plastic, sewer hose, even a small engine! My husband went through the site twice to clean the garbage. We walk our two well behaved dogs around on leashes. A lot of other people in this park don't feel the need to leash their dogs so we had random dogs running up to bark at ours. The smell of weed is everywhere even though this place is supposedly a drug free park. Here's the best part of our stay. We got a knock on our door on day 7 that our flag is offensive/against rules of park so we have to take it down. Mind you...there's a GIANT American flag out front of the park. Awful stay. Please look elsewhere
