Tampa East

The roads are EXTREMELY narrow making backing into our site extremely difficult. It took us an hour and 3 people helping, to get our 42 ft rig in. The office was closed so we couldn’t ask for a different site. Our lot was heavily treed so we couldn’t use our Dish satellite and over the air channels were almost nonexistent. The free WiFi worked well. The park seems to have many long term occupants, there were lots of kids, the guy across from us, had 4 parked cars, a jet ski and other stuff in his site. The location is good for freeway access and RV shops. The park could use some TLC. The Muscovy ducks are everywhere and friendly.

Lived there for 2 years, lack of maintenance, power and water go out almost every week, lots of petty theft, no control over children and property management could care less about your concerns, go somewhere else, please

Been living here for 3 years and this rv resort is definitely the best!! Best price for lot rent and they accept felons and no other rv resort does. Don’t listen to any bad reviews this is a 10/10 resort! The management is the best. Rita the owner makes sure this rv stays on top of everything they have events for the kids and food events too. This is definitely a community! They have pools and restrooms and showers very clean too. Very good park!

from day 1, the entire staff at Tampa East have been flexible with us and continue to make sure all of our needs are met in a timely manner. I personally have a long-term relationship with Sun Community for many years, both as a renter and mobile home owner. The staff at Tampa East is by far my best experience. Tampa east is the best! The receptionists and maintenance are so nice and on top of stuff! I had an issue with the washers and dryers and they sent people out right away. Tampa east is very clean family and dog friendly. The pool is really nice the tennis courts are really nice. I actually really don’t want to leave here because I’m afraid nothing around here compares! Book in advance because they stay busy.
