A small, well-maintained RV community close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in getting me settled in

They are kicking everyone they can out that have older mobile homes. Pinning notices on people's doors for minor things, places that look completely fine. They want to make this an rv/rental park only & will go to no end to do it! Older people that have been here for years have been kicked out of their home! We were behind, but was going to catch up with part of our retirement. They were going to take all our money & throw us out anyway!! FYI we stayed at this place for almost 2 years, paying on time every month (until we had a minor set back) for almost a year there were no bathrooms, no laundry rooms and still had to pay the same. & they have a clubhouse that was open all the time when we first came here. Now it's closed, no more game nights or anything, you have a curfew. It closes at 5 even on weekends. Pool closes before dawn. Fountain (which after months is finally up & running) stops working at 8 & people are always stealing things because there is no lighting in the park after dark. Also, when they fixed the laundry room, the dryers don't dry your normal load of laundry the first time and you now pay more! It use to be a nice place when Joan was here, when we came here. We are out... Good riddance!!!! Good reviews are from people who want to remain on their "good side" & not get kicked out, trust me!

Ellenton Gardens RV Resort is such a nice place to stay. The park is super clean, the sites are spacious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and clubhouse are great for relaxing, and there are always fun activities going on if you want to join in. I also love that it’s pet-friendly.

The location is perfect too — close to shopping and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it’s one of the nicest RV resorts I’ve been to, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in the area.

The new management team is awesome. We feel safer and they are getting rid of the trouble makers and drug houses in here. Jen is doing a great job. Love the neighborhood watch going around in golf carts. John is so caring and helps out all the time.

Although we are new here in EG. We absolutely love the place. Great neighborhood. Jenn the manager is absolutely amazing. She definitely has made it a pleasure to be here. You can see her riding around in the day and at night making sure everything is right.She goes above and beyond for my family and I have to believe she does this for everyone. We appreciate everything.
