Riverwalk Landing

My wife and I were interested in a home but it's just to expensive. You finance your home and pay the lot rent,insurance and utilities your up to $1800 to $2000 a month. It's a beautiful park but we just can't afford it. I wish we could. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful park.

We wanted to be near Santa Rosa Beach but not have to deal with the crazy traffic and crowds all day, every day. Freeport was a great solution. Riverwalk Landing is still being built out and is a mixed community of RV sites (about 20 total), cottages, and large, lovely park model type homes for sale. There's tons of room for walking which we loved. The clubhouse is brand new with a large, nicely equipped workout room which thrilled us. Dawn, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. The laundry room was not finished yet, but because we were monthly we were given access to the laundry facilities in the cottages which was an amazing perk. The sites were paved, level, and HUGE, with a really nice picnic table with an umbrella. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I have family coming in town and we wanted to find a place for them to stay in while they’re here. We called Dawn and asked if we could tour and see if this would be the right fit for our families. Dawn took time out of her day to give us a little tour, describe the local area, and show us detailed tours of the cottages! They were some of the cleanest rental properties, while surprisingly still being under construction. We will definitely share this hidden gem with family and friends, as well as have our family stay here in the future! Thank you for your patience and kindness Dawn!

I visited with Dawn yesterday to see Riverwalk Landing. It's going to be a very nice over 55 community. Its brand new and only brand new units can be purchased through Titan Homes. Dawn was very informative and answered at least 100 questions for me. Several residents have already moved in and are making their area beautiful. You lease the lot monthly. There is a clubhouse and pool almost finished, pickle ball courts, trails, and there is an area only for RVs and cottages to short-term rent. Each area is a community in itself. Riverwalk Landing is tucked well behind Publix and just a golf cart ride to the shopping center, if that's your mode of travel. Very nice for those over 55.

Great new community for over 55 being developed in a prime location in the panhandle of Florida! Minutes from beautiful beaches! Dawn, the Leasing Manager, spent a lot of time showing us around, and answering all of our questions! Thanks to her we have secured our lot, and will soon be ordering our cottage! So happy we found this brand new community!
