Went to visit friends so I didn't walk the park but it looked nice on the way in and out friends love living there. It was clean and well groomed

Super friendly residents!!! Super Helpful staff! My grandparents had a place here, then my parents got a place there for the winter. New pool area and pickleball court top notch.

Great place to stop if your heading further south. The manager was VERY accommodating. We pulled in at 5:30 New Year鈥檚 Eve and he was very pleasant and helpful.
This is a nice park, clean, no trashy properties, no cars or trucks on the streets.
We didn鈥檛 stay but it looks like community is very active. We woke up to clear sky鈥檚 and warm temps.

No words to describe it. It is awesome. Excellent management and Tony the manager is amazing. You want to stay forever. Clean restrooms, showers, shuffleboard, two great recreational halls. Kitchen is also available for cooking lovers and getting together time.. Beautiful landscapes with all the Sandhill Cranes you can think of strolling along the lake and by you. Friendly residents, bingo time, lots of puzzles to chose from. Musician performance and much more. Come and see it with your own eyes. They even have basketball hoops for 馃弨 basketball lovers. Oh, walkers, joggers and bicycle/golf cars lovers, there are also great roads for them to enjoy at their own time and leisure.

- All campers and visitors must register at the office upon arrival; campers are responsible for their guests.
Vehicles & parking
- ATVs and go-carts are not allowed; motorcycles may only be used for park access.
- All vehicles, bicycles, and golf carts must have lights when used after sunset and before sunrise.
- Trailers used for transporting vehicles must be stored off the property.
- Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Amenities
- The lakefront area is fenced and requires a code for access; it is pet friendly and leashes are not required.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed (8 ft max), limited to 2 dogs per site, each under 60 lbs; owners must clean up after them and no aggressive behavior is tolerated.
- Dogs must be on a 9-foot leash at all times unless in designated dog parks or at the lakefront.
- Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, reported to the office immediately.
Safety & rules
- Firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the park for safety reasons.
- There is no garbage pickup; please bag your trash and dispose of it in the dumpster.
- The speed limit in the park is 15 mph and will be enforced.
- Respect your neighbors by using designated paths and not cutting through occupied sites.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Fires & fuel
- Campfires must be in a self-contained unit at least 6 inches off the ground and park approved; ground fires are not allowed.

- Campsites must be kept tidy and any stray items should be hidden from view.
