My wife and I bought a new 2026 Springdale camper and made this our inaugural RV destination. Everything was exceptional, except the rain, which nobody could really complain about because it was much needed.. Great place . Great Amenities. Great staff. Highly recommend!
Thanks April and Bill. See you again soon.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful! Nice little campground. We rented a kayak and had a blast paddling down to the spring. Have to knock off 1 star due to the fact that they do not enforce the quiet times. The 2 campsites next to us were drinking and loud. We didnt get to sleep until after 1 am. Paper work said to text any issues that we may have after hours. Sent a text to no response. We would stay here again.

My husband, son and myself stayed at this wonderful historic hotel for two nights. My son Kayaked 15 miles to Gulf from the launch on the hotel property. The beautiful and serene Chassahowitzka River offered us the 7 Sisters Springs, creeks, the Crack, marine life, birds and many stunning vistas. The breakfast was great and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The whole vibe is peaceful and the old Florida feel. We will definitely plan another trip and stay at The Chaz. Thank you for a memorable experience and stay.

We've stayed here four times so far, We've always had a great time, its in a location that is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. They have great pricing for kayaks it's not far from the springs, front office workers are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The cabins are Our favorite places to stay, there open enough to feel homey but not too big to where it feels like it's too much, cabins are clean, have wifi and tv. Closer to a glamping experience such We enjoy since summer is so hot, its nice to come back after kayaking to a cool cabin and relax. They have everything you need to cook such as pots/pans, a stove top, mini refrigerator, microwave, cups/plates etc, bathrooms are comfortable and always clean, fire pits in the back and picnic tables as well. We love it especially if you want some peace and quiet but still close enough to stores/restaurants or activities. We love it there, never have had any issues, thank you for another great stay!

Absolutely perfect little place to stay while you enjoy your time on the river. I鈥檝e grown up on this river my whole life and I decided to make it extra special for my husband鈥榮 birthday and booking a cabin so we can enjoy the river back to back. They were extremely accommodating even when we realized we had forgotten one of our personal kayaks oars. They let us borrow one of theirs for the day. Even when I offer to pay, they said it wasn鈥檛 a problem and wouldn鈥檛 accept the extra money for the Oar. Very kind and generous people. Definitely recommend! By the time we got back from the river we spent it sleeping 馃槄. So I didn鈥檛 get any personal photos of the cabin. But it鈥檚 just like pictures online.
