Nice,quite with some amenities. People that live here keep to themselves but are friendly.

Absolutely worst place ever to stay at!! Julie should not be in management at all, when you go to her with a problem she screams at you and hangs up the phone. She won't take care of any of the problems in there. I signed my lease with 3 dogs..I have it in writing and she stated she never knew about them, she lies like crazy. The place in filthy and filled with roaches. The laundry room is disgusting and the trash cans around the property do get emptied by Gary the maintenance guy. The only thing he is good for us cutting the grass. !!! Believe the other negative reviews!!!! This place is the worst!

Probably the worst, nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Only stayed 1 night and we paid for 4 nights. I didn’t even ask for my money back.
Had 4 campers hooked to one water supply the sewer drain was over 1 foot tall and the power box was on the wrong side.
And the smell of weeds was horrible
This place is just a rundown old trailer park

I have lived here ten years now (two different houses) and I like it here. People complain about management and lot rent prices but this is Florida, everywhere is going up. Of course, there is always room for improvement, there is opportunity to make this place even better but home is what you make of it. People are friendly, they watch out for each other and for they most part, it is a very enjoyable place to live. ~Signed, (honorary) Governor Shawn 😀 ~

It's a cozy place. Very friendly people! Things to do: Tuesday-coffee & donuts, Wednesday-Bingo. Nothing for children!!
