TLK Three Lakes

As a permanent resident, this is an amazing resort with great neighbors, staff, and maintenance. The lakes are gorgeous and there's events every month, all month long. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed here for a few months, gave a 30 day notice and they wouldn’t pro rate monthly rent which was a waste of money ($300+). Very clean and quiet, management was pretty good. Outside the gates there’s just not much going on. Seems like a good place for northern folks to come hide from the cold and hang out.

Been living here for the past 2 1/2 years with my kiddos. Beautiful resort, well kept and great staff. Fun activities for kids and adults, and great amenities. Public school buses pick kids up in front of the neighborhood. Nice sized lots with pretty landscaping and large storage sheds. Wish they had a playground and that kids were allowed to jump in the pool, but other than that we love it here.

Moving in soon, so I can't rate living here yet, but from the few times I have been up here it is just so beautiful. Staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating for my disability, and the site I am getting is just beautiful! Huge lots with BIG cement pads, and beautifully landscaped. Looking forward to my move next month!

I found Three Lakes Resort about five years ago while looking for a place in the area that was safe for daughter who at that time was 12 years old. On our first stay we fell in love with it. The Rental units are so cozy and fully loaded with all the necessities. The gym, pool, office area, game room and activities made it easy to entertain her. The people are so very kind and the staff are so helpful.in traveling from New Jersey I have arrived early and the were willing to accommodate me. I have also needed to extend my stay and they were so kind allowing me to stay longer. I truly recommend staying here.
