Don't move here wonderful people who live here but the people who run this place are out of their minds they discriminate against people they harass you non-stop even if you never mess with anybody you can't even have a dresser setting outside your property until you get help to move it in your house without being charged $100 they charge you an extra $100 every single month for made up fees like why am I paying for electric in the common area that I never use

OK, I will update in that. Yes the air conditioner finally got replaced. It just would’ve been nice if everybody involved would’ve been upfront in the first place, they weren’t. This is how you lose your renters when you are dishonest, and if you keep raising prices and are not providing the quality.
