I lived here for almost 3 years and loved the location. the park manager and her mom are great people. they work hard keeping the park clean. yes, the park is old, but very quaint. there are a few deadbeats that one has to overlook and take with a grain of salt but they are harmless. the pool is a great feature and club house/rec room is also nice with laundry facilities. I really miss the place. I made some nice friendships there and still visit occassionally with donuts. ❤❤❤

I lived here for a year and I liked it. Other than some slight negatives (which you will always have), I overall enjoyed living there. It's a nice and clean mobile home park, with friendly people, and in my opinion seemed very safe. Also very quiet. There's a decent amount of kids around who liked to play outside and have fun. Good family area. We never had anything taken or messed with, it was nice. It's a mobile home park and a RV park. They have a pool. The park managers are nice
Negative would be the area could use a little love here and there. Roads could use some work. It gets a bit floody in certain areas. Sometimes the air smells at night. Occasionally feel like things get nitpicked a bit. Rent is a bit expensive for the area, but that is everywhere at the moment. Otherwise though it's a nice area. May update with pics later.

This place is a joke, How can people live here on Disability? When you all keep raising everything, the lot rent, the garbage, the common area. Now lawn care our lawns as well as I always kept my lawn mowed, that's not right. Especially when you're poor and live on a limited income, you people don't care about the poor you only care about the rich people that can afford to live here.. The poor people lose, and that's why there's so many homeless people in the world today, And it's so sad. Trust me, I was homeless for 2 years, so I know what it is to be homeless and that's why my place is up for sale, because I can't afford to live here Anymore, you guys are making it impossible for anybody on disability to live here, not only that, there's nothing here. The pool is barely open. The Clubhouse is barely open. They're always closed for some reason or another and it's over seven hundred a month for what? What do you get here nothing just saying..

Terrible place to live, they over charge on these run down trailers rather your renting or buying the water makes you itchy when you get outta the shower and I wouldn’t recommend drinking the water due to the chemicals they put in it the pools never cleaned the landlords are slumlords they upped my rent to $1,350 a month that’s almost a house payment then telling me I need to pay $1,254.11 that I don’t even have a new lease for yet before they come and fix the trailer I live in ( bad black mold, leaking roof, my outside wall is separating from my floor and electric needs some updating) I’m leaving this place and definitely not looking back!

Water always smells like rotten eggs and when the power goes out the water goes off! Then you have to wait hours for someone to get water back running. If you wake up and need to shower before work you better have back up water in your home to clean with.
