Electricity was off when arriving back home. We have 100+ degree weather here in fl, and this is unacceptable. Familys are to always have elctricity on, the community roots and managers need to make sure theyre electricity is always working. Nobody should be arriving back to find there electricity is off in entire community, as familys need theyre ac to survive. This is key in running a proper community space. You are to Always make sure your electric is properly working to Serve your members. As well as fix the water quality with an actual professional, there are many days, numerous days where you go to turn on your faucet and the water comes out all different colors which is toxic for people to use. This is not suitable water issues for residents to ever witness nor use. Absolutely Not okay! Make sure the water now forward is clean for residents as well as the electric always working. If someone dies from a heat stroke due to lack of ac from your community malfunctions that would be your fault. Fix your issues right away so you can be proper in your walks. Thank you

Great resort. Very comfortable, relaxed, and quiet. After being bought out earlier in 2025, Tybee park is getting even better. Friendlier staff AMF positive changes are happening.

My partner and I arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. Before even greeting us, the woman at the front desk—her name is Carol—looked us up and down and immediately said, “Now, we don’t put up with any wild stuff in here!”
My fiancé and I were baffled. We looked at each other and then reassured her that we are students and full-time workers who recently moved here. We brushed it off, though in hindsight, we should have turned around and gone somewhere else right then and there.
I am a certified RV tech. In the month and a half we’ve been here, I have been fixing and working on people’s RVs at significantly reduced rates compared to my standard pricing. Recently, I worked on someone’s RV, and she wasn’t completely satisfied. This is where the madness with the RV park started.
In this line of work, issues are not always fixed on the first attempt, especially when tracing water leaks. However, if I charge someone and the issue persists, I always come back and try to resolve it at no extra charge—because that’s the honest thing to do. All they have to do is let me know.
Instead of reaching out to me, this unhappy customer skipped the chain of command and went straight to the front desk, twisting the story to make it seem like I took her money and refused to come back.
Now, the front desk lady is telling every single person with RV issues not to go to me because I’m “very expensive.” In reality, I charge $60 less per hour than larger commercial RV shops and $20 less per hour than other local mobile RV techs. On top of that, I’ve been fixing RVs at this park for far less than I normally charge, cutting my own wages to help people. I always make sure my customers know what I should be charging—but at the end of the day, what I charge is none of her business.
Yesterday, while I was working on someone’s RV, Carol came strolling up in her golf cart. Thinking I couldn’t hear her because I had my headphones in, she leaned over to the customer and said, “Don’t go to him, he’s charging $$$ an hour.”
I could not believe my ears. I finished the job and told the customer not to even worry about paying me because I was going to have a conversation with her.
Carol was rude, unprofessional, and nasty. My fiancé and I confronted her and the others involved, making sure they knew how awful their behavior was. There is no reason for a woman in her sixties to behave this way—or for her co-workers and friends to defend her, knowing she was in the wrong. We brought up valid points, and no one had anything to say.
The worst part? Carol never even attempted to speak to me about the situation. She didn’t ask for my side of the story—she just immediately started slandering my business and name, getting all her friends to join in.
The whole situation is childish, unprofessional, and just plain odd. We had already notified them that we were leaving on the first since we’ve paid rent for the month, and she was still petty enough to stroll up on her golf cart with an eviction notice saying that we had to leave on the first. I kid you not, I cannot make this stuff up.
Please pick another park. The people here are nasty and petty.

Location is decent, first appearance if fair, website is misleading, staff not so good. Their website say they have a newly refurbished pool, was told the pool is currently closed. I inquired about month or longer stay, was quickly asked what I have for equipment. I responded 1998 HR Class A 38FT, was immediately told NOPE!!! We have standards and we don't take anything older than 10 years even for a night! The extremely funny thing for me is right in front of their office is a travel trailer with an AC through the wall.
So this campground is a first for me, usually after seeing any pictures of my rig they have no issues with it.
