Welcome to A Campers World! We're pleased to have you here with us! Located by I-10 and U.S. Highway 19, our RV park Monticello, FL offers spacious full hookup RV and tent sites so that you can make the most of your stay in the heart of Florida's Big Bend.
Explore the historic downtowns of nearby Monticello, Tallahassee, or Thomasville. Take a relaxing cruise on Lake Miccosukee or a watersports adventure down the Wacissa and Aucilla Rivers. Hike the Florida National Scenic Trail and in St. Marks River Preserve State Park. Visit the Natural Bridge Battlefield Historic State Park and Letchworth-Love Mounds Archeological State Park to be immersed in Florida history. Our campground is about 30-45 minutes from most local cities and attractions, making it the perfect place to set up home base!

This is a very basic, almost rustic little park that has seen better days. But, it is peaceful, clean and supplied what we needed as far as power and actually had great WIFI! You would never know that it is just off a freeway near the capitol of Florida! I liked it and I love the smell of pine trees so it worked for me for the night.

This campground reminds me of one of those dating apps. Their website description looks great but in real life it is a real loser.
Terrible restrooms, laundry room, and pool is closed and full of green stuff.
Power pedestal trips anything over 4,000 watts of draw. Tried a second pedestal with same result,
There are NO other amenities mentioned on their website.
Host tried to help but campground is just not maintained.

Monticello FL has a Good Sam member benefit. A camping place you're going to like that is the easiest check in. Our picture is taken to show vacancy camp sites available on the day of our visit.
