  • One car per space is allowed; visitors must use designated parking.
  • Major auto repairs are prohibited; oil changes must be done off-site.

Utilities

  • Guests must clean washing machines after use and remove clothes promptly; heavy items are not allowed in machines.
  • Certain items, like feminine supplies and diapers, must be disposed of in the dumpster, not flushed.
  • Disposing of certain items in drains is prohibited, with a $50 fee for sewer line blockages.

Pets

  • Dogs must be leashed, and waste must be disposed of properly.
