Warning warning warning. Do not store or keep your RV here. We kept our RV here for a short while and came back to physical damage and theft. The management team could not care less. We asked for weeks for photos of the inside and exterior. When we returned our bays were wide open parts of RV were cut out and the inside was ransacked. They told us they were going to increase security which was a lie. They told us that they were going to monitor RV daily which was a lie. Do not store or have your RV there. They did not disclose that there is theft in the area. Asking them about their recent theft and if they lie to you run don't walk away.

Stayed here with our RV for 3 weeks in January. Don’t stay towards the back of the first loop, sickening sewage smell wafts in throughout the day and night. Literally woke me from sleeping. I called and they said it’s bc of the water treatment facility back there and it just depends which way the wind blows. There wasn’t another site available for us to move to. Other campers had same experience so it’s not a temporary thing. Beware. Otherwise the pool great, clean and fairly warm. Bathrooms and laundry near the pool are super clean. They accept mail and packages which is great.

Fantastic little (large actually) campground just outside of Daytona but accessible to everything. I had a great stay. I was there for the Daytona 500 but needed a place outside of the chaos of the speedway area. Many thanks to the entire staff and especially to Jade at the front desk, she came through in the clutch for me with an unusual business-related request. 5 stars across the board. Many thanks!

So I have to say it has been our least favorite Thousand trails stay. This was an Encore Resort ah not really!!
We stayed 1 night and sought out other accommodations (Clarcona State Park! Gorgeous)
The cement pad was broken up,no picnic table and 50 amp service. Most small rv's have 30 amps! I was told to go and buy a converter!
The site was so small like an after thought. The RV on the side of us was literally 3 maybe 4 ft from us!
On a positive note your bathrooms are the one best we have seen.
We will not be back.

Was like camping in a swamp.
Concrete pad was 30% gone and what remained was in pieces. Nice beautiful grass that you sunk in about 6 inches deep if you attempted to walk on it.
Truck and motorcycle both sunk and spun the mud everywhere.
Plus they had no waste water drain on your site.
Will never go there again.
