Northflow RV Resort and Marina, East Palatka, Florida

My wife and I recently stayed at Northflow RV Resort and had such a great experience. The resort is still fairly new (about a year old), and you can really tell—everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out.
Will, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and genuinely cares about his guests. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that you feel welcome.
The sites are a big highlight—nice wide and long spaces, which makes it easy to maneuver and gives you plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The property itself is kept in excellent condition.
Another bonus is the location. There’s a marina right across the street, and you’re just a short drive from downtown Palatka, so it’s easy to grab food, explore, or enjoy the river.
Overall, we highly recommend Northflow RV Resort if you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and well-run place with a great owner. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed having our camper at this new RV & Marina resort, right on the St. John’s River! Everything is spotless, new, and the sites are easy to back in with plenty of room. Very easy to set up. The bathroom/showers are very spacious and clean. The pool is a plus! Great location near springs, restaurants, and fun bars to travel by boat or cars.

The whole facility is top notch! Clean, comfortable & VERY friendly. We rented a pontoon for a cruise on the River. Had a relaxing time visiting Palatka & wetting a line. Planning a return visit with friends but I hope the “word” doesn’t get out too soon so we can book again! Loved it!!

Very clean, well maintained pet friendly resort. Marina was still under construction but functional and beautiful docking system. The location is perfect, close enough to St. Augustine and beaches for easy day trips, yet far quiet , peaceful place to spend time with family. Our kids had an amazing time, and we made some really great family memories here. Overall the entire place is very clean bathrooms, laundry room, pet tub, pool, sites are spacious and paved. We meet the owner who is really making something special out this place.

This is a new small rv park in a great location that is being built correctly in all ways rvers desire!! The sites are concrete with a parking space, patio, and picnic table. The sites are, FHU,level, and easy to back in. There is a pool, nice laundry, and restrooms as well as a community firepit. What’s happening across the street will only enhance this park. Already has a marina and a large building is being renovated into an office and potentially other offerings. Easy to get in and out as well as a short drive to visit St. Augustine.
