Frustrating because it could be an amazing place to stay. Unfortunately they refuse to heat the new pool so you always have to go to the old one. In addition the new laundry room dryers do not work at all so you’re forced to go to the older side laundry. Weird to have two pools and no hottub….
New sites have lots of room and the public restrooms are very nice. They have a good amount of amenities for adults. The pickleball courts are some of the best around.

The star goes to the two permanent resident neighbors who had to help us by moving their vehicles from their driveways so we could get our RV in and out of the the inappropriately small site their staff assigned us. Zero stars for Encore Terra Ceia.
We follow Google maps and pull into the older side of the RV park which is full time residential RVs and permanent mobile homes, there is one printed office paper sign that tells us to go to the office on the other side for registration. A few minutes later we find ourselves in back of a blue newly constructed building with no signage. No information for people checking in, no information about where the campground host is located or an after hours number...I mean nothing. I go inside and their office is closed Sat and Sun. Again, there is no after hours number posted inside or out.The building is open but empty. There is no signage telling people who are checking in where to pick up their packets. I decided maybe we should check the other side of the building which you cannot see since Google maps has you coming in through their residential side and even if we did drive around to the front, there would be no place for us to turn around. I saw envelopes so I found ours and was shocked and I mean absolutely SHOCKED to discover that instead of parking in the field of open concrete pads in front of me (I mean this park is not even at half capacity right now), we were directed to go back and park in the center of the tightly packed residential area that we had just driven through 😲. If you go to their website you will see pictures of only these new concrete pad sites, they have one pic showing an aerial view of their permanent residence side, but no pictures of the actual sites in that side.
We are TT members so we see the pictures on their website and assume we are getting what we see in the picture. This is not the case. So know if you are a member you will not get the sites in the pictures. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked here. It took two neighbors and someone moving their car out of their driveway to get our 42-ft fifth wheel into the site. What would we have done if that neighbor wasn't there moving their car for us? You can't just move to another site because the electrical boxes are locked.
Who is working in the office that does not read the information of the registered guests??? The information comes in digitally but then they have to hand write on a map where we are to go. I clearly would have seen that a 42-ft RV probably shouldn't be strolling through this tightly packed residential neighborhood and give them a small site. Our tuck is half in the street and the back of the RV is far into the site behind ours. We didnt even bother taking out our outdoor chairs bc there is no outside space and no picnic table. We are sandwiched between two permanent mobile homes. Left 3 voicemails that went unanswered. I would have asked to be moved to another site which they had more than plenty available and it wouldn't have cost them anything.
I feel deceived, the pictures are a classic bait and switch. If management reads this, you are not being transparent in your website photography. You need to show both of your site offerings so that people know what they're booking. Your offices need to be open on weekends, you don't get to take the weekends off bc this is a hospitality business where people are checking in. You need to have clearly posted signage telling people where to go and have the after hours number posted on signs too. Think about how the customer is going to see your property from the first min they drive in. Focus on the customer experience and be transparent your photos. I was really looking forward to this location. You let me down.

Cute little RV park near Palmetto. There’s a mix of RV sites and permanent trailer homes. It’s nice to walk around and the grounds are clean. Dog friendly with an off leash area for them if you want one. There’s a laundry facility on site and the bathroom has a shower. It’s fairly clean.

First time at this park. Staff helpful. Laundry facility clean. Clubhouse newer with a nice pool. We were lucky enough to get to stay at one of the newer sites which was great for our 45ft toy hauler. Close to Sarasota and the beach.
Would recommend for future visits

🌴 A Hidden Gem in Palmetto! 🌴
Our stay at Terra Ceia Village RV Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful the area was—peaceful, and impeccably maintained. Every corner of the resort reflects care and pride, making it feel like a true home away from home.
The amenities were spotless and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. Whether we were freshening up, relaxing, or exploring, everything was clean, convenient, and welcoming. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like family. Every interaction was met with a smile and genuine kindness.
If you’re looking for a serene, well-kept retreat with top-notch service and a heartfelt atmosphere, Terra Ceia is the place to be. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
Thank you Terra Ceia Village for making our stay here amazing!! ❤️
