We only stayed here for one night. We arrived later than expected. Had to call the owner (to get our room #) and they answered right away. Super nice! The room was clean, the beds were cozy, and the location couldn't be better.

Beautiful, cozy RV park in a great location. Several good restaurants nearby and 2 bike trails cross within a few yards of the park entrance. Beaches, St. Marks National Wildlife Area, and Wakulla Springs are within biking distance or a short drive away.
Paved roads through the park, level concrete pads with really nice utility pedestals provide 30/50 electric, water, and cable plus sewer hookup right beside it. Didn't try the cable hookup due to numerous off-air channels available. Park also has wifi.
Some sites were close but ours was a large pull-thru with really nice green space and picnic table. No firepits provided due to county regs but self-contained Solo style units are allowed, which we had with us and enjoyed.
Bathhouse had 4 full private bathroom/shower combos. All were kept spotless and well stocked throughout the stay. Didn't use the pool or hottub but they, too, looked clean and well maintained.
Owners and staff are amazing! Bob, Lou, and Hannah were all very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Rates were very fair and reasonable but on checkout Bob even gave a surprise discount due to our length of stay. Don't find that kind of customer service any more! I highly recommend this park!

The park was easy to find. It is located right on Florida 98. There is pavement all the way including the interior roads. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. We were met by Bob and escorted to our site. The rules are fairly basic.

Our site, 09, was a back in on a concrete pad that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and Cable) were to the left side. Distancing for our site was close even for an urban park. Some sites were more private and had a vegetation privacy barrier. Our site was flat and even. Each site has a table but No fire pit. There is a community fir3e pit. Overall the park was .quiet and served as a good spot to take a breath from traveling.

We did not use the park included wifi or cable TV. We were able to locate plenty OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the pool, hot tub, washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern.

There are three restaurants within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find more food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an good overnighter. We paid $55.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

I absolutely loved our night here. The beds were super comfy, the room was clean and spacious with cute seaside decor. We stayed on new years eve, and were a little worried about noise since we were in a room facing the road. The lovely owner & staff found us an air cleaner to run for white noise, and we had a fabulous, quiet night of sleep! The owners are lovely people who have created a wonderful place to relax.

Me and my husband went on an adventure with no destination just a getaway for the weekend and wow did we find a gem. This place is one of the cutest motels and the cleanliness of it that some of the fancy ones could take a lesson from. Restaurants and the water all within a short walk. The serenity and pure peaceful feeling of this little gem is pure perfection. I must talk about Hannah who made us feel so welcomed and took such good care of us you are so sweet and humble thank you so much looking forward to returning to our new favorite little getaway
