I love the railroad theme the owners used. Nice, clean and quiet.

Brand new, plenty of room, great water pressure, long term, gated, utilities included for a low low price. Doreen is awesome!

The park is a great little park. I have lived here since July 30, 2025. I live closer to train tracks and the trains do not shake my RV and I sometimes don't even hear the trains. If you want a nice place to stay it's a great place.
The 10 year rule is at every RV place I have stayed. It's a common thing. In parks. Every park has there on criteria they look for.
The management team and owner are great people and very helpful.

This RV park isn’t very welcoming. Seems they don’t care for certain people to stay. They also have the 10 year rule which is unpleasing being that it’s just for aesthetic purposes. I think all parks if they want to push this no older than 10 years on the RV for some people that finance their RV it’s not paid off in 10 years especially if they RV a lot it’s their second home . So for 55 and older community I think the 10-year-old sucks. I met a lady named Karen. Whose rig is just over 10 years old. She’s 80 years old and owes $56,000. She wouldn’t be able to stay there.. Hence, the reason why they were probably stay with more empty, lots than full.
When you’re not welcoming of people with older rigs or people That don’t fit what you would like them to look like is sad.
