Our only issue was flooding. We showed up during heavy rains and our site was under about 4 inches of water. It did clear up by the next morning but half the property was under water the entire trip. Our site was a little small but overall the property is very well maintained and manicured. Utilities were well placed and in great working order

If you are Canadian, you will be welcome here. Otherwise, Nova Family Campground is nice and really close by. If you have children, I would not stay here. Children are welcome at Nova Family Campground.

Me and my family were looking for a nice RV park to stay at during our trip to Daytona. At first Sun Retreats seemed like the perfect place but it all started to go down hill when we arrived on site. The day before we booked our lot online. While booking we saw no stipulations about the age requirement of the RV. We have a 2012 motorhome In beautiful condition but when we went to check in they inspected the age our RV and found it not be newer than 2015 and we were declined service and had to find somewhere else to stay. It is ridiculous that being only 3 years too old even though it has all the safety features as a modern RV was declined.

Not the same as 2 years ago when we was here. Must be new Mangement , Not very friendly folks in office. Short and sweet answers.... No dog park, no change machine in laundry room, but a huge rack of brochures on a wall stand... office will not give you quarters either. I wish we had book our stay at Nova instead.
