100% impressed . Management and the office personnel were are amazingly helpful. We had a great time at movie trivia night. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The sites are large and very accommodating. A Great place to come in groups.

Yeah, I would have to agree with some of the others that this is NOT a "Luxury" RV park. HOWEVER..... it IS a GREAT place to stay. The parking spots, bathing & bathroom facilities, laundry room & pool are clean. You can tell that Cheryl (and her staff) care about what they do and how the property is preprentative. They even have activities at night for campers to get involved. Y'all get a kick out of taking to Rocky as he's a hoot. The ONLY reason that I did not give 5 stars to the "Location" was because it really isn't a "Luxury" park. But I asure you, I'd rather stay here then most "Luxuy" parks I've attended. The staff is top notch.

This is a very clean, newer RV park. Great pull-thru sites or easy back in with plenty of room. Nice little pond to walk dogs around. Plenty of dog disposal sites too. Heated pool and fire pit area. Super friendly staff, responded immediately to our needs. Would definitely stay here again! Cheryl, the property manager is so helpful and professional!

Why it's called Luxury, I don't know. Minimal amenities. NOTHING for children to do. No shade trees on property which means even HOTTER in summer. No landscape shrubs/greenery around lots. Slab and grass....minimal. No burn pits...No picnic tables. No interaction between staff and guests during stay. Allegedly have shuttle for rides...but no information was provided from office No store sales for essentials.. We were here during Mardi Gras weekend/ Superbowl weekend....NOTHING SET UP FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE GUESTS. LUXURY?? It was a complete bummer. Save your money on future travels and avoid this place. Definitely not a resort
, OR LUXURIOUS. it was clean. Nothing was within walking distance. Pool was heated but locked each day were here. NOT the type of rv location I would return to.

Nice RV Park for the price, but beware if you have a large Travel Trailer and limited backing skills that Parking is very tight in the majority of spaces with a lot of "Blind Side" Backing situations.
Also, parking pads are quite narrow so be mindful to ensure your slides will clear the RV power pole.
Great location if you love to bike as trails linking 30A are attached to park. You can also ride bike/walking trails to the nearest Walmart approximately 1mi away.
