Policies & Rules

Noise

  • Quiet hours
  • 2.2. Loud music, disruptive gatherings, engine revving, or running generators during quiet hours is prohibited except for legitimate emergencies.

  • Renter agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Dream Lake Camp, its owners, and employees from all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:
  • 1.3. Illegal activities, including drug use or possession of illegal substances, are grounds for immediate eviction.
  • 8. Campfires & Grills8.1. Fires are allowed only in designated fire rings or approved containers.
  • 8.2. Fires must never be left unattended.
  • 8.3. Fire bans issued by the county or Park must be followed immediately.
  • 9. Trash & Recycling9.1. All trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters.
  • 10. Safety & Emergencies10.1. Renters must comply with all instructions from Park staff during emergencies.
  • 10.2. Tampering with electrical panels, breakers, utility connections, or safety equipment is prohibited.
  • 10.3. Fireworks are strictly forbidden within the Park.
  • 13.2. Avoid leaving food, trash, or attractants outside.
  • 13.3. Renters are responsible for understanding and respecting local wildlife safety.
  • 13.4 Trees or environment are not to be hurt or damaged in any way. Ex.-No nails or screws into trees.

Pets

  • Pet policies
  • Acts or omissions of the Renter, guests, or pets
  • 9. Pets
  • Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
  • Aggressive animals are not allowed.
  • Excessive barking or nuisance behavior may lead to removal of the pet or renter.
  • Renter is fully responsible for all pet actions and cleanup
  • If pets are allowed, certain conditions apply.
  • 5. Pets5.1. Pets must always be leashed and under the owner’s control.
  • 5.2. Aggressive dogs or animals with a history of attacks are not permitted.
  • 5.3. Excessive barking or nuisance behavior may result in removal of the pet or the Renter.
  • 5.4. Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
  • 5.5. Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.

Parking

  • Speed limits
  • Property damage or unsafe operation of vehicles/RVs
  • 1.4. Firearms must be stored safely inside the RV; brandishing or careless handling is prohibited.
  • 4. Vehicles & Traffic4.1. The speed limit within the Park is 5 mph.
  • 4.2. Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles inside the Park.
  • 4.3. Parking is restricted to designated areas. No parking on grass, empty sites, or roadways.
  • 4.4. ATVs, golf carts, dirt bikes, or similar vehicles require Park approval before use.
  • 7.3. Excessive water use, including washing RVs or vehicles without approval, is prohibited.

General

  • RV condition and maintenance
  • Prohibition of disruptive, threatening, or dangerous behavior
  • Any violation of Park rules
  • Disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior
  • Violence, threats, or harassment
  • Vacate the site immediately
  • Remove all personal property and the RV
  • Contact law enforcement
  • Treat the individual as a trespasser under Florida law
  • Pursue all available legal remedies
  • Not to alter the site or install permanent structures
  • Use of the premises
  • Theft, vandalism, weather events, fallen limbs, flooding, wildlife encounters, or any other occurrence outside the Park’s direct control.
  • 10. Utilities
  • There are no restrictions on entering and leaving, but please be considerate.
  • No littering, or unruly behavior.

  • By registering for, or occupying a site, Renter agrees to all terms below.

  • 11. Mail & DeliveriesThe Park does not accept responsibility for mail or package delivery. Renters may not use the Park address as their permanent or legal address.
  • 12. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the county where the Park is located.
  • 13. Entire AgreementThis document constitutes the full Agreement. No verbal statements or promises modify these terms.
  • 1. General Conduct1.1. Renters shall maintain a respectful, peaceful environment at all times.
  • 3. RV & Site Standards3.1. RVs must be clean, roadworthy, and in good working condition.
  • 3.2. No major mechanical repairs may be performed on-site.
  • 3.3. Sites must be kept clean, uncluttered, and free of debris at all times.
  • 3.4. No permanent structures, decks, porches, sheds, or fences may be installed unless expressly approved in writing.
  • 3.5. Outdoor items must be limited to standard camping furniture and must be kept tidy.
  • 6.4. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
  • 7. Water, Sewer & Utilities7.1. Only sewer-safe toilet paper may be used; no foreign objects may be flushed.
  • 7.2. Sewer connections must be sealed with proper adapters.
  • 8.4. Ashes must be fully extinguished and disposed of properly.
  • 9.2. Dumping of large items, furniture, or hazardous materials is prohibited.
  • 9.3. Sites must be kept free of litter at all times.
  • See the posted mail procedure in the bathroom hallway.
  • 14. Enforcement & Removal14.1. The Park may modify rules as needed; all updated rules apply immediately.
  • 14.2. Violation of any rule may result in:
  • 14.3. Failure to comply with removal instructions will result in law enforcement involvement.

Deposit

  • Failure to pay required fees
  • Immediate Removal / Termination of OccupancyTo preserve guest safety, Park operations, and peaceful enjoyment, the Park reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and require the Renter to leave the property WITHOUT REFUND for any of the following:
  • The Park is not required to provide a waiting period, refund, or continued access once termination occurs.
  • This Rules & Regulations Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the RV Park Rental Agreement between Dream Lake Camp (“Park”) and the undersigned Renter. All guests, visitors, and occupants must comply with these rules at all times. Violation of any rule may result in immediate removal from the Park without refund.
  • 6.3. Overnight guests may incur additional fees.
  • 7.4. Utility interruptions may occur due to maintenance or weather; no refunds will be issued.
  • 13.1. Do not feed wildlife of any kind.
  • Immediate removal from the Park without refund, at the Park’s sole discretion.

Guests

  • Fraudulent information provided to the ParkConduct that endangers guests, staff, or property
  • To repair any damage caused by the Renter or their guests
  • Registering creates a revocable license for temporary occupancy, not a tenancy, lease, or any form of long-term housing arrangement. Renters are classified as transient guests under applicable Florida law.
  • 6. Guests & Visitors6.1. All visitors must be registered with the Park office.
  • 6.2. Visitors must obey all Park rules; Renter is responsible for their conduct.

Fees & deposits

  • Settle any outstanding charges promptly.

Vehicles & parking

  • Keep your RV operational and road-ready.
  • The speed limit is 5 MPH.

Safety & rules

  • Maintain your site in a clean and orderly condition.
  • A warning may be issued if appropriate.
  • Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior are prohibited.
  • Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment at all times.

Site capacity

  • Limit of one unit and one car per site unless otherwise agreed.

Utilities

  • Utilities may be limited or interrupted; no refunds for outages.
