I came to look at Palm Terrace with my grandma and we just loved it. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, my grandma felt safe and calm right away.🙌🏻

The management team was very kind and welcoming. They answered our questions and made us feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about the residents.💐

I also loved hearing about all the events they have, Pam showed us the newsletter and it was great. It seems like such a sweet community where neighbors actually know each other.❤️❤️❤️

We pulled into Palm Terrace Mobile Home & RV Park yesterday to see if this was a place we might want to stay for a while with our RV. Unfortunately, what we found was extremely disappointing. The grounds were dirty, the buildings appeared to be falling apart, and the entire property felt dingy and poorly maintained. While it seems
that much of the disarray was due to a hurricane well over a year ago, it does not appear that adequate cleanup or repairs have been made since then.

There was only one employee visible, driving around the park in a golf cart and wearing the company logo. We attempted to ask basic questions, but he could not speak English, so we were unable to get any information or assistance. With no way to communicate and the overall condition of the property, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave.

Overall, the lack of maintenance and inability to get even basic information made this an unacceptable experience.

I just want to thank Pamela for the kindness and care she showed my grandma while we were visiting Palm Terrace. We’ve been touring several communities, but this one really stood out because of her. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in the community. My grandma felt comfortable right away — and that says a lot! It’s such a relief knowing there are places like this where seniors are treated with respect and heart. 💛

I have to say I'm beyond excited with this community! I am disabled and have been really stressing finding a home an Kim has helped me step by step through the way to help me find a home! I have been to other places and was just left distraught to be honest but Kim at Palm Terrace has taken the extra time to help me understand every step and I'm so appreciative! If I could give her 100 stars I would! Thank you Kim for all the extra time you have taken with me it's been a blessing.

I just want to say from what this place was a few months ago is a complete turnaround. The head of sales Kim is the most helpful person. I was treated like a human being. Respect: is the word. She was so freaking nice. Didn't buy anything yet but just love the work staff now.
