We booked a 1 year lease. Our first 5 days was very disappointing. Our site was never cleaned from the previous tenant, his clothes were all on top Our shed, pants thrown beside the lot. And the worst part, was I was told it would be ready for us, and our electric panel was blown. Apparently (according to all the neighbors the last tenant was cooking meth in his trailer, and the management tried to play "i don't know what your talking about ") no one ever gave me info on how to get power hooked up so we had 0 power the first 24hrs. Our only saving grace was our neighbor offered to hook our trailer to his 50amp. No one seemed to know what was going on and it got passed on to the next guy, to the next and to the next. Apparently the head manager had "no idea" we didnt have power for 5 days.... we got it sorted but not one time did the park take responsibility, accommodate or apologize. Lets not mention the extremely tight spots they expect you to park your trailer into.... grounds with the pool is great. Lots to do. If it didnt have its little "community" we wpuld of left right away.

This place is okay, but way over rated. Yes, there are a lot of high end RVs and wealthy people there. Nice pool. 10-4 restaurant, and nice dog park, and othe amenities but there are A LOT of renters there. The sheriff is there regularly with eviction notices. We are worried about a senior family member staying in his RV for the winter. He has already been a victim of a theft.

It was a great place when it was Sun N Fun and a real RV Park. It's owned by a national company that does not use the super high RV rent to maintain the place. It's an RV Park and trailer park. It looks like the focus is on becoming more of a trailer park than an RV Park or campground.

Crazy layout with non conventional intersections with cars, trucks, RVs, golf carts, and pedestrians. But the biggest concern is security.

This place has everything you need from swimming to Pickleball to an Olympic size pool gym horseshoes playground for the kids tennis miniature golf cookouts parties at the party room. They’ve got so many activities. There’s no way a person could do them all in a week love this place and the people here are so friendly and the food at the boondocks bar and Grill here on the property is delicious.

This is a fabulous spot to stay while in town. The resort has many diversions for adults and kiddos alike. Pickleball, shuffleboard, and the pool complete with a bar and delicious eats are sure to please! We love the friendliness of staff and visitors and love cruising around in the golf cart. Perfect for walking your kids or dogs lol. Great location from UTC.

Bought my snowbird home at Sun RV Sarasota in May 2025, and my family and I absolutely love it here! The community is full of friendly people, and the staff are amazing—always kind and helpful. Everything is super clean and beautifully maintained.

The amenities are outstanding. The pool is gorgeous, and the gym is a real gym with great equipment. There’s always something fun going on, and the whole place has such a positive, welcoming vibe.

The location is perfect—just 45 minutes south of Tampa, minutes from downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, and of course, beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to make this our snowbird home!
