Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort

This is one our favorite beach campgrounds on the Atlantic coast and a must stop whenever we visit Florida. The beachfront sites back up to the dunes and you can hear the ocean waves from your site. Most sites have a shelter with a picnic table which offers great protection from the sun and a wonderful place to relax. The facilities are clean and well kept. There are two pools, both an easy walk from any site in the park. Highly recommend visiting Bryn Mawr!

The gate to the dog friendly beach was literally behind us! The gate to the beach access was beside us. The only downside was RVs, campers, mobile homes, & tiny houses were stacked all over each other. We got so lucky with a last minute cancelation to get the spot we got. 🇺🇲

Great location and very clean! My only disappointment was with the office staff—they were rude, short, and unhelpful. We were asked to park our truck in the entrance area with no other option, even though the assigned lot was too small. My husband has an issue with his leg, and we had to basically walk from the front to the back, since we reserved a spot by the boardwalk. So if you don’t have to interact with office staff then you’ll have a great stay!

We brought our own camper to Bryn Mawr but they do have mobile homes you can rent and they look very nice. The campground is extremely clean and the beach was gorgeous. They have two walkways to the beach, one with stairs and one without. We used the latter as we had a wagon and two toddlers. Very easy and close access to a beautiful beach. Next time we're in the area, we are absolutely staying here again.

We stayed here in July 2025 for 4days we were unsure of it because of poor reviews but I must say the complaints are not really warranted. We had an oceanfront spot with 2 minute walk to beach. Yes the roads are built with sand and when they get heavy rain it gets washed out and causes puddles but not really a big deal your at the beach. They do have a lot of mini homes in the park but all are well kept. 2 pools one up front and one in back. I will definitely be going back for another stay here. We let staff know that their reviews weren’t real good but they treated us extremely well.
