If I could give this negative stars I would. Unprofessional is an understatement for how I was treated today. If you wanna be played around with this is the place for you! I ask for availability with the Rv spots they gave me a list of the spots. I come back to sign the lease for the spot I choose only for them to try and place me in another Rv spot that we did not agree upon. Then when asked I got the response of “here’s corporates number good luck.” Is this the type of business you guys run? Is that your customer service? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place lied to me told me I had the spot then I go up there to get it and they tried to put me in a spot that we couldn’t fit in , and acted like it was no big deal on why they called to say be here and we have the lot ready for you, asked the lady why we was lied to her response was call corporate idk what to tell u, I would not recommend this place at all, if they do business like that I’m glad I did

Just moved to this RV Resort, and it has been a Blessing👏👏👏👍👍👍!!! Like any all ages community, the kids and teenagers can be bothersome, but not anything that's too much, thank goodness! The community has a great staff working here, they keep the community looking clean, and are very helpful with new resident questions👍👍👍. The community itself is not far from Hillsborough River State Park, so it is a very pretty area, lots of large oaks, and not a lot of surrounding development of subdivisions due to being adjacent to the state park lands😁😁😁👍👍👍! It is quiet, with some ponds with fountains, and a nice swimming pool, I really recommend this community for anyone thinking of moving, or temp staying here that is traveling with an RV🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😸😸😸!!!

I have no complaints. Very nice place to live and I feel safe here and we are allowed to have plants and flowers. What else do we need?

Think super hard before you buy a place here. Houses are nice and affordable, but the lot rent price is not worth it. I haven’t even lived here for a year yet, and I’m ready to sell. Constantly under a boiling water notice, power is out all the time, mail is either stolen or lost every other day, there’s workers tearing up our yards and then just leaving huge holes and piles of dirt for weeks on end, gates constantly not working, and rude workers. Think very hard about buying here. Staying for a bit may not be bad but paying 700 dollars for no water, no power, and horribly loud construction 24/7. Forget it
