Worst place ive ever stayed, it was a stay we had in 2023 from Feb-June, they tried to increased rent to $910, they never gave notice when rent was increased as they said they did & couldnt prove it. I asked what day in specific since i had a camera & they couldnt "recall", what a joke. Spoke to the regional manager as well Natalie, they took over $700 & was told we will receive refund since we had left & we never did receive it.

Love living here. Quiet. It would have 5 stars but the water pressure is terrible. Some times when it's heavy use, the water barely trickles out. Other issue is the mail. We have a central mail box that only the park has keys. They don't give us keys and they deliver to our site. They dont deliver unless we send emails and or texts. I received important banking info Monday. Confirmed with post office it was delivered but today is Wednesday and still no mail.
