This RV Park is a little dated and some of the sites are tight, but the Management is awesome and the full time / Seasonal Residents is very welcoming! The pool and activities are very nice. Shopping is so close and toll roads are minutes away. We are definitely coming back.

Here on a business trip, working overnights. Thought this was a good park to go to. Looked nice online, WRONG.
It's funny when customer service can clearly see my original reservation marked with the type of vehicle we had "OTHER", but was changed in their system. They declined us because of our conversion van when they had crappy conversions on site. At least ours looked nice. Not to mention, we booked "value" and the site was the size of a car and they said I put a motorhome class A. Try fooling someone else. The spots up front look nice but as you get further into the park, most of the power boxes look like they are falling apart ready to start a fire and the area looks like it's falling apart. AVOID THIS RV PARK. There's much nicer parks around. Waiting for my refund.

This is a campground, not a hotel as Google suggests. Stayed here with our Thousands Trails membership, very nice park with lots of planned activities, the sites were tight so I wasn’t able to set up our Clam shelter as we normally do, location is very convenient to downtown Winter Garden, if it wasn’t for the guy next to us blasting his bass thumping music and having to constantly smell the pot the couple behind us were smoking, it would have been a better stay.

We checked into the RV park on late October, it is a really nice park for location. Unfortunately, the utility services are horrible! Frequent water outage, sometime multiple times a week and really bad electric surge, a couple of times a month make it not a good place to live for snowbirds like us. The electric power surges usually occur at night, mostly in 12am to 4am. For example we had two power surge this morning, one at about 2:30am and another at just before 4am. The second one was more powerful it even damaged my surge protector at the utility pole! I do not know what to say.

I can't express how accommodating the staff, specifically Kelly, at the Encore Winter Park is! I just recently moved to the Orlando area and was new to RV life. I was having issues navigating the task of emptying my black tank, as there were no mobile services in the area. Kelly helped me by being available on her day off and allowing me to empty my tank at their conveniently located dump station.
After, I took a pleasant drive through the beautiful and well maintained park. The lake surrounded by cypress with a children's park was clean and tranquil. The pool facilities were very inviting with a handicap accessible lift. The long term residents had beautifully kept spots that looked like well loved homes.
Overall, the cleanliness of this park really stood out. I can see how this would be a wonderful location for a vacation. And right across the street is Outdoor Recreation World and a Coachman indoor showroom.
Thank you Kelly and Encore RV park!
