This park has gone to hell I would avoid it if possible
You took 11 months to reply from what I hear it takes just as long for you to respond to any questions. You are charging tenants for services that they pay the city for ie trash and water which is metered in half the park and costs paid to the city Im glad I moved out before These practices were implemented like I said avoid this park

Edit: 3 months ago, Island Communities stated that they would correct the accounting errors where they overcharged all the residents $65-100/mo for 2 years. Guess what? No corrections have been made.
As stated in the other review, the park charges for utilities that are paid for by the tenant. Electric, water and sewer are billed by Duke Power and the city. But Island Communities adds those charges to the rent and will not remove them.
I moved my mother out of this park because Island Communities very high rent and then has the audacity to overcharge for services not even provided. The perimeter fence has been in great disrepair for 2 years yet the park charges for grounds maintenance. Go figure. Stay AWAY.
