Forest Lake Village RV Resort

We were very pleased for location and the size of the park and how quite it was and the office lady Kimberly was amazingly friendly how ever I am displeased with the process of our application here is why my spouse had something apparently show up on his credit that neither I or our family attorney could find on the credit reports we pulled all 3 and the thing they are claiming thats there that apt. Is no longer in business they were foreclosed on and there is no one to dispute this matter nor is there any records of this said matter this is 7 1/2 years old and the credit people said same thing they can not find it. We were more than Happy to take care of what was on mine cause that is fixable according to my attorney this is a non valid debt due to the company no longer being in business so unfortunately we will not ever come back to your park in future to be residents nor refer any of oir friends of family to stay cause this was an easy process that could have been avoided and if you would have listened ro the lady we had on the phone with yall

Wish cell and internet service was better in the area, but there is some nice parks and trails i still need to check out

This RV park for seasonal is not as advertised on their website , the side I am on is not 55+ and all the great amenities they advertise in their website are only available to annual leaseholders and those that live on the gated side of the community . The place is nice but I feel like a second class citizen not having access to the best amenities here

First time visiting! Nice & clean neighborhood. Streets are a little tight to navigate backing into our site. But once in plenty of room between sites. Did notice that the even numbered sites the electric is on the door side you will need long cord. But management assisted with changing sites. Very kind & friendly. Will keep on our lists of Encores to stay at!

A very clean park. I stayed here for a few weeks with my travel trailer and had no issues. The spots are a bit tight to back into but that is to be expected in these mobile home friendly RV parks. The pool and hot tub are very clean and very nice. There’s a great dog park that is mostly grass with a ton of shade and access to water. I didn’t engage much at all with the staff, but had no issues. Their trash valet is not the best. They ripped my garbage bag and left the trash in the street for me to clean up. I still would recommend staying here as it is nice and not too far from amenities. If enjoy walking, it is near several nature trails.
