A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.

Sun RV parks where we live here is super quiet super clean and the people are nice. Zephyrhills is like a hub to a lot of places and this place is perfect. Thank you.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL/MOTEL! This is an RV community with manufactured homes also. There's a pool, clubhouse, laundry, and is a great place to stay.

I live in this community. Its my happy place. A measured mix of different people, and agendas. There's a beautiful pool billiards, corn hole. Summer time has many vacancies for a few months until the snow birds arrive. Its a nice community accompanying by 2 others. We love it
