I live in this community. Its my happy place. A measured mix of different people, and agendas. There's a beautiful pool billiards, corn hole. Summer time has many vacancies for a few months until the snow birds arrive. Its a nice community accompanying by 2 others. We love it

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL/MOTEL! This is an RV community with manufactured homes also. There's a pool, clubhouse, laundry, and is a great place to stay.

Sun RV parks where we live here is super quiet super clean and the people are nice. Zephyrhills is like a hub to a lot of places and this place is perfect. Thank you.

My wife and I make Seeetwater our permanent residence, We love it here! We would like to acknowledge the following employees. that go above and beyond with keeping the community clean and safe. 1, Robin. in the office and
2. Dan, Rick & Rob in the maintenance Dept.
I have over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. working in many 5 star hotels and i also worked for our president, Donald Trump. I would hire any of the people I mentioned above to work for me. They are all professionals and make your stay at sweetwater an awesome place to stop by for a few days or live here like we do!

A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.
