Wanee Lake Golf & RV Resort

We are traveling on the weekend so we know it’s hard to find a good campground for one night but we did: AND ITS A GEM! With a picturesque view, from the lake on the property, to the woods in the background, this place is beautiful. The sunset was amazing as well! The RV sites are new, flat, level, with very modern hookups! And if you’re lucky, you will get to meet Leigh, the face of the Pro Shop!

The wife and I along with our to pugs are traveling in our motor home and decided to make a reservation for one night. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative upon check in. The Next morning and I decided to get up and play 9 holes on their par 36 9 hole course before checking out, it is a really enjoyable course to play, the greens are a little rough but they are in the process of fixing those problems, 3 or 4 of the greens are in really good shape. I definitely recommend this for a stay.

My stay was amazing! I stayed over fathers day weekend for a little getaway with my best friend, and let me tell you it was amazing! The views out of that little cabin were amazing and the area was great! I also loved the pool amenity available to guests. I haven't checked out golf yet though... Maybe next time! Overall very nice place to stay, 5/5 10/10!

We had the best 4th of July weekend at Wanee Lake Golf & RV Resort! The entire resort was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was absolutely wonderful—clean, relaxing, and the perfect place for our family to spend time together.

A special thank you to Leigh for making our stay so memorable. She was so kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. Her hospitality truly made us feel right at home.

Our family made so many wonderful memories this weekend, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We can't wait to come back!

This an RV Park with a 9 hole Golf Course. You bring your room with you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a pretty site with trees and large concrete pads. A picnic table and a fire pit. A swimming pool, a small laundry.Lots of grassy areas. A tennis court, a dog run, and horse shoe pits. Our site this time had a large shade tree on the patio side and was shaded by the RV in the afternoon. Be sure to bring plenty of Off as this area has those annoying little bugs that seem to love my ears and eyes like many places(my home inculded) in GA seem to have. Great wifi here. Unfortunately on the second day we had a huge thunderstorm and the wifi doesn't seem to be working today. Otherwise a place we have stayed at several times and enjoyed.
