What Guests Are Saying
Eastbank is a highly regarded campground known for its beautiful, well-maintained facilities and spacious, clean sites, providing a peaceful atmosphere with stunning lake views and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the well-kept grounds and the variety of amenities, making it an excellent choice for camping and fishing. However, some reviews note that the bathrooms require better maintenance, and there are concerns about the leash rules for pets not being followed consistently.

There were only 2 occupied campsites in each of the 3 loops. We were under a heat advisory, so very hot in the sun. Some of the campsites have shade a few hours a day, but the campground is mostly open with scattered trees. Most have views of the lake. Campsites are way too close together for my taste, but fine when there is only one other camper in your loop. The bathhouse was clean.

My wife and I continue to enjoy and be grateful for Corps of Engineers campgrounds. Eastbank is well situated leaving or returning to Florida. During our most recent stay, we camped at A3. The temperatures were sustained in the 90's and there was no shade at this particular site. Our B class camper van's AC had difficulty keeping us cool but, we managed. We highly recommend Eastbank and other COEs in the area.

Always keep well and the most beautiful views. It would be nice if they had a pet park

We just did a 1 niter, on our way home from Brunswick. We did walk around to check out this campground and really liked it. So, a future camping trip will done here. Really nice.

Could see the potential for great fishing and camping but due to understaffing, was not very pet or child friendly.
