We just did a 1 niter, on our way home from Brunswick. We did walk around to check out this campground and really liked it. So, a future camping trip will done here. Really nice.

Could see the potential for great fishing and camping but due to understaffing, was not very pet or child friendly.

This is our 2nd trip to Eastbank. Upon entering at check-in, there was a sign on the window that stated “No attendant on duty, get your papers”. Last visit, there was an attendant on duty. Upon arrival at our campsite, we found it severely overgrown and needing a lawnmower. All sites were needing a lawnmower. The site had ants but we were prepared for that but failed to spray around our tow vehicle. The camp host site at the front of the campground was occupied but always said “Off Duty”. We did see a park ranger drive thru a couple of times. We did not visit the bathhouse. I know a lot of campgrounds are having a tough time finding workers, which is very sad. We will return to this campground because it is within close proximity to our home. We love the beautiful sunset views and enjoy watching the geese. It is quiet and very relaxing.

We stayed one night last year and this time. Bit difference on maintenance, grass wasn't cut this year. No attendant at the booth. Site clean, restrooms and showers clean.

This was our first time here and boy was it beautiful. We read the reviews and came prepared to deal with the ants. We sprayed before setting up and had no problems the entire 6 days. The sunsets were AMAZING!!! Easy drive to nearby towns if you need anything. We will definitely be back.

We were here a month ago and decided we would give it another try (you can see my previous review for pros and cons). Stayed a few less days this time. The park was nearly empty. Unfortunately the experience wasn't any better than last month, because it rained almost every day. The may flies were back as well, but in slightly smaller numbers. Geese appear to be overtaking the park and their droppings are everywhere.
We were hoping they would have kept the grass shorter this time, but we were wrong. Very long. Bathrooms are standard and reasonably clean.
We love COE parks and are in another one right now. Eastbank isn't a bad place, it just isn't maintained as well as most of the other COE parks we visit.
We'll be back here but not for more than one or two days. Oh, I almost forgot---lots of gators.

We had a great visit at Eastbank. The area is clean, people are friendly, and as always, the water was beautiful. If they just could’ve adjusted the temperature outside, it would’ve been perfect, Lolol. Jk, it was July, so we knew it would be hot!

Stayed on C27 with 40ft fifth wheel.
Pros---Quiet. Good water views and great sunsets. Easy in and out. Bathrooms standard and reasonably clean.
Cons---No full hookups, but none were expected. Grass not kept mowed, way too long. Mayfly hatches covered the rigs near the water, including ours which was across the street from the water---only lasts for a few days but VERY annoying. Bathrooms are only located in the B loop, away from the water--minor inconvenience. Many sites with no shade--very hot. No swimming due to the presence of gators, even though we saw no signs indicating this. But we did see plenty of gators.
Overall decent stay (it's not a Hilton). Will likely return, but only for short visits, maybe just overnight.
