Stayed in C25, kinda tight for a 40’ MH. Set up fine, read the park provided info on Argentine ants thinking “can’t happen to me”. Well it did and took some time to rid the MH of them. Beautiful sunsets from C25! Bring some insecticide!!

There were only 2 occupied campsites in each of the 3 loops. We were under a heat advisory, so very hot in the sun. Some of the campsites have shade a few hours a day, but the campground is mostly open with scattered trees. Most have views of the lake. Campsites are way too close together for my taste, but fine when there is only one other camper in your loop. The bathhouse was clean.

My wife and I continue to enjoy and be grateful for Corps of Engineers campgrounds. Eastbank is well situated leaving or returning to Florida. During our most recent stay, we camped at A3. The temperatures were sustained in the 90's and there was no shade at this particular site. Our B class camper van's AC had difficulty keeping us cool but, we managed. We highly recommend Eastbank and other COEs in the area.
