It’s a lovely campground. The birds, the lake, the breeze, very scenic. Minor drawbacks: The showers only had hot water, which I mentioned to the attendant, he said he’d make sure it got fixed. Also, I wasn’t prepared for the persistence of the ants, be sure to come with ant spray or something to keep them from crawling into your camper.

The air conditioner was broken in the restrooms.
The other restroom/bathouse was locked not accessible. No bags for picking up after your pet. The attendant wasn’t always there at the booth. Most all restaurants are closed down. The park is definitely not like it once was 10 years ago.

Park attendants are wonderful. Power is excellent even in 100 degree weather. Dump station is perfect

Eastbank Campground is accessible via US Highway 27, which is approximately 10 miles to the west in Bainbridge, GA. Additionally, Interstate 10 is about 20 miles to the south.

- Maximum of 8 people per campsite. Visitor fees are $5.00.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles per campsite. Extra vehicle fees are $3.00.
- Park gate is locked.
- Golf carts and non-registered vehicles are not allowed in the park.
- Follow traffic signs and directional one way arrows.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further informa tion.
