What Guests Are Saying
Eastbank is a highly regarded campground known for its beautiful, well-maintained facilities and spacious, clean sites, providing a peaceful atmosphere with stunning lake views and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the well-kept grounds and the variety of amenities, making it an excellent choice for camping and fishing. However, some reviews note that the bathrooms require better maintenance, and there are concerns about the leash rules for pets not being followed consistently.

One of my favorite campgrounds. I've been several times. By myself or with family. The only thing they lack is a play area for the littles. But there are parks with playgrounds nearby.

Wasn’t up to what I consider to be COE standards, was not as nice as last time I stayed here 2 years ago. Picnic tables are old and worn out, grass had obviously been overgrown and just mowed, large clumps of dead grass was spread all over the concrete pads. There was a warning for Argentine ants given at the gate when checking in. The whole campground needs some TLC.

The spot (16) was beautiful! I'd venture to say it's the best in the park. I would 100% stay there again. That said, as an accessible spot, it comes with a trash bin, but the bin was 80% full when we arrived (which was later in the day past when cleaning should have been completed...) and the grass all around the site was very overgrown. I didn't get to go out to the water because of how itchy all the weeds were, but it was very stormy while there so that's not a huge deal. The water never calmed enough to use. Not sure if that was normal, but I love being in the water and hoped to be able to while there, but it was way too choppy.
The ducks were so cute! They hung out on the peninsula around our site in the morning and nights. It was easy to back into too which I really appreciated because I'm new to towing. I definitely got some looks for booking an accessible site without looking like I need it (despite having a valid interagency access pass) which always makes me uncomfortable, but it's common as my disabilities aren't physically apparent.Location was ok, not super close to everything - maybe 30 min to walmart or so. It was July.... and the mayflies were out quite a bit. Never seen or heard of mayflies before, but now I feel like a pro. So many that we ended up not spending much time outside (plus the rain kept us in).
Pulling in... lordy was that a sharp descent down into the loop. I was really worried that we would bottom out the butt of our fifth wheel, but I don't think I did. . . I couldn't drive and see it at the same time.
We decided to leave a couple days earlier than scheduled in order to go see family along our travel route and I really appreciated that they automatically refunded us for the days we didn't use. I didn't ask and was expected to just eat the cost, but I got a notice saying they refunded us. That was really nice and really appreciated!
All in all, we liked it and I will 100% be back - likely to the same site because it was great.
