The spot where we stayed at was very need of grass being mowed limbs where down everywhere and the site had holes everywhere.
We had to depart from our stay early because of my husband health issues.

I love Eastbank park. The secondary bath house needs serious updating of showers and lights need replacing at its entrance. The picnic tables are no good at many of the sites.
Staff are friendly and hospitable. Will continue to camp there.

First time in section B. It was very nice and we had a big shade tree. This campground is very clean and the Staff are wonderful. We like going to dinner at the Northside Seafood Restaurant.

Stayed on C27 with 40ft fifth wheel.
Pros---Quiet. Good water views and great sunsets. Easy in and out. Bathrooms standard and reasonably clean.
Cons---No full hookups, but none were expected. Grass not kept mowed, way too long. Mayfly hatches covered the rigs near the water, including ours which was across the street from the water---only lasts for a few days but VERY annoying. Bathrooms are only located in the B loop, away from the water--minor inconvenience. Many sites with no shade--very hot. No swimming due to the presence of gators, even though we saw no signs indicating this. But we did see plenty of gators.
Overall decent stay (it's not a Hilton). Will likely return, but only for short visits, maybe just overnight.

We had a great visit at Eastbank. The area is clean, people are friendly, and as always, the water was beautiful. If they just could’ve adjusted the temperature outside, it would’ve been perfect, Lolol. Jk, it was July, so we knew it would be hot!

We were here a month ago and decided we would give it another try (you can see my previous review for pros and cons). Stayed a few less days this time. The park was nearly empty. Unfortunately the experience wasn't any better than last month, because it rained almost every day. The may flies were back as well, but in slightly smaller numbers. Geese appear to be overtaking the park and their droppings are everywhere.
We were hoping they would have kept the grass shorter this time, but we were wrong. Very long. Bathrooms are standard and reasonably clean.
We love COE parks and are in another one right now. Eastbank isn't a bad place, it just isn't maintained as well as most of the other COE parks we visit.
We'll be back here but not for more than one or two days. Oh, I almost forgot---lots of gators.
