We are looking to relocate to possibly this area. The amenities are geared towards adults, and the salt water pool and hot tubs are fantastic. They have a beautiful creek that runs the perimeter of the park, yet they didn't save a spot for community use which plain isn't fair to all the lots not on the water.
Now the cabin we rented wasn't really worth the money they charged.
The first morning we got up and had brought donuts- left on the countertop overnight they were invaded by ants. Who likes to waist $$$$ . To say the least I was pretty mad.
The office did respond and the owner got someone out to the cabin to spray for pest. But if you rent a place it should be something you get done automatically.
They did seem to have some strange rules.
Not sure if I could give it another chance.

Fantastic Place to stay. Neighbors were awesome and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As a family of 6 plus a dog, we lived here for over two months and the when it came time to leave, the kids cried like hurt babies. This place was super fantastic, and if you like the outdoors like hiking, biking, leaf looking, etc. you should really stop by and stay some time in Blairsville at Crossing Creek RV Report and Spa.

We had a great couple of weeks here. Easy to get to. Had a great level site. Hook ups were great. There social committee and activities were amazing and they made you feel like part of the community. We recommend you join in and enjoy. There club house, bathrooms, gym, and laundry were all in great shape with everything working as expected. A little expensive but we had no issues so it was worth it.

So we almost didn’t stay here based on other negative reviews. I’m glad we didn’t listen because we had a wonderful time. Let me be very clear though- this is NOT the place to party loud all night or let your kids roam unattended. Be sure to read the rules and expect to follow them. It is a quiet resort that takes pride in what it has built, and they should. They are clearly expanding their sites but we didn’t have any construction during our stay. Staff was above and beyond nice and helpful. We had a rainy weekend so put up a pop up canopy and were asked to take it down. Didn’t see that anywhere in the rules but we wanted to be respectful. They have fire pits there you can use at no additional charge. And free cable boxes if you don’t have satellite. Pool was on the small side but they are adding a second one in the next phase. Bottom line- be respectful and mature and you’ll have a wonderful experience. We did.

Beautiful RV resort. Very well maintained. Surrounded by mountains with a nice view from every spot. Big rig friendly with pull through spots. Full hook ups. The spots are all paved pads and they're wide and we'll laid out so easy to get into. We only stayed 1 night so I didn't get to try out the amenities, but heard they are awesome - someone told us they have massage chairs in the clubhouse! Fun! :) We plan to come back and spend more time here. A little out of the way when you're coming from up North, but worth the drive.
