Hidden Hollow Resort

Stunning location and very friendly hosts! Can't wait to send our kids here for summer camp! The pond is beautiful.

The family stayed there for 3 nights in 1997. We stayed in Tanglewood Log Cabin and it was a fantastic time. Pop and Bonnie Jean were two of the nicest people we've ever met. The cabin came with its very own cat named Dirty Face and he was great. He was in and out constantly and slept with all of us thru the night. Relaxing, out of the way, I don't remember even hearing hwy noise. Pre-GPS, I think I drove by the turnoff at least 4 times before I found it.

Lots of things to do and the property is beautiful. Enjoyed fishing at a peaceful and beautiful place. The cabins are nice and fordable. Great place for gatherings! I can't wait to bring my kiddos. Miss Sally is a very sweet and kind person and enjoyed talking to her when we arrived. Her husband is a down to earth kind of guy. Great peoples... We will be back!

We have stayed here several times. The last time was for Father's Day. This was also the weekend our youngest got engaged. It was so special to be there as a family during this special event. It was relaxing and the cabin we stayed in was perfect. Rustic cabin, nice and clean. The porch area is perfect for dinner time. We grilled, fished and had a blast being together as a family. We will be going back to celebrate my 50th birthday and 3 other family members birthday. Highly recommend this as a family getaway.

I visited this place for a wedding. The parking sucked. The venue had many rules. I was surprised that the venue was not cleaned before we arrived, cobwebs & dust were everywhere. The couple made it beautiful, as they put a lot of work into decorations.

It was a great venue for this hippie crowd. The lake was a nice background & my daughter enjoyed riding in a canoe after the ceremony.

However, I would not recommend this place for a wedding of elegance or when handicap or elderly access is needed. Do not expect much help from the venue. The bathrooms were very difficult to get to. The bridal room for getting ready can get crowded easily & the window A/C is not sufficient.

This place would be nice for a group retreat, or if you want to be in the woods in a cabin just enjoying the outdoors. I do not know the cost of anything, this is just my observations from attending a wedding.
