General

  • This is a RENTAL LICENSE and may be terminated at any time by either party. The monthly site rates are heavily discounted from nightly rates, no other discounts apply.
  • Violations of campground rules will result in the immediate revocation of your stay license.
  • All RV's, new and old, hold memories and dreams of travel, days gone by, or those yet to be.
  • We don't adhere to the 10-year rule, however, we do require that all RVs must be in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Please have their vaccination records current and available upon request
  • No storage units, under camper storage, tents, hot tubs, pools, or household appliances, are allowed on the sites.
  • This is a violation of local laws and campground rules.
  • Sites must be maintained clean and clutter-free, at all times.

Deposit

  • If you decide to depart before your term is up, there will be no refunds given. However, you may choose to switch to a nightly rate for the nights you stay, based on availability.
  • Each STAY LICENSE is valid for one thirty (30) day period. STAY LICENSES are renewed each month when the site fee is paid in full.
  • Monthly Site payments are due on the first of each month.
  • You are given a 3-day grace period. A $35 charge will be applied after the grace period, on the 4th day.
  • After 7 days of non-payment, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately, or management of The Trolley Stop RV Park will begin the formal eviction process.
  • Once started, the process will not be halted, and you will be charged the cost of the eviction.

Safety

  • The Trolley Stop RV Park is a DRUG-FREE & DRAMA-FREE community. Violations of this rule will result in the immediate revocation of your site license.
  • Fire Rings must be kept clean of any trash.

Guests

  • It is recommended that monthly guests obtain a PO Box at the Brookfield Post Office.
  • Packages may be accepted by management for our guests.
  • You are responsible for yourself & your guests.
  • Please ensure your guests adhere to the Rules of the Campground
  • Guests with minors are responsible for them at all times.
  • Any guest caught stealing from or vandalizing the campground or other RV guests will have their Stay License immediately revoked and the police will be called.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome to stay monthly as well.
  • Dogs must be leased and under your control at all times.
  • It is your responsibility to clean - up after your dog.
  • Pets are not allowed to be left outside unattended.
  • Any pet that harms another pet or person, will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Parking

  • Two (2) vehicles per site.
  • No parking of vehicles on empty lots
  • All RVs and vehicles must be licensed, insured, and in full operating condition.
  • The washing of RVs and vehicles is not authorized.

Check-out

  • Fireworks, illegal drugs, and all illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of this license agreement and the immediate departure of the premises.
