Negative zero if possible, my wife is been bullied because she's black, she was at the gym when a white lady walked in with a nasty and rude attitude asking her if she lives there, and she replied yes otherwise she won't have the code to open the gym door. The second time was when she dried her cloths on the table at our front door and they send a mail telling her to dry her clothes only at the camp laundry mat.My wife had a heavy breathing outbreak, and coughed heavily, because she's asmatic and allergic to smoke,dust,dog/cat firs . The first time she washed her cloths at this laundry mat,i had to give her asmatic spray and her medication, because she got soo sick and eventually threw away all the clothes she washed and dried that day, because it was all covered with dog/cat firs.I wouldn't not recommend this place to any of the black folks.I'm actively searching for a new camping ground to move to. The staff and owners are extremely heartless and rude, they will smile with you,but send you endless mails to remind you that you're not home. Don't be deceived by all the paintings and decorations you see,the name of this camping ground should be changed from happy acres to nasty acres.I have never been late on rent, yet a staff told me that if they don't like you, they will make sure you leave. Most of my neighbors have moved from this toxic environment because they didn't feel at home, they were constantly been harassed by endless emails and told that their kids aren't allowed to play, this is ridiculous. Why will you rent a space to park your rv and your kids aren't even allowed to freely play. You can only experience this once you move in,looking from the outside,it feels like home and welcoming, but only those who live hier understand what I'm saying.

Very quaint, colorful, and quiet park. Mobile homes are all painted with bright colors, there is artwork on the boundary fences, and even individualized artwork at the end of most of the lots. The park is well-maintained and the lots are decent in size. Our lot was not quite level side-to-side. Utilities were good as was the OTA TV reception. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. They offer free tokens for the laundry upon check-in and there's a very well-equipped gym onsite. Very little to no shade on each lot.
Then there are THE CATS!!! -- dozens of them roaming freely and quite literally using the park as their litterbox. Longtime residents have no doubt gone nose blind to the "aroma" but it was noticeable to me every time I stepped outside. The park not only embraces them, but seems to encourage this feline infestation, with people leaving piles of food out for them.
Free roaming cats are a scourge upon the environment. Their feces present potential health hazards for humans and other wildlife and the Audubon Society cites studies that show free roaming cats are responsible for killing approximately 2.4 BILLION birds each year in the U.S.
If not for the cats, I would have given this park a much higher rating.

Absolutely loving our stay at I Love Happy Acres Air B&B! Peaceful, clean, cozy, & exactly what the soul needed. It felt like a deep exhale the moment we arrived, quiet surroundings, comfortable space, & thoughtful touches throughout the community. The colors of the units are so vibrant; each home a different color, giving the place a joyful, welcoming personality. And the customer service is phenomenal, attentive, warm, & genuinely caring from start to finish. Perfect place to unwind, reset, & actually enjoy where you’re staying. Would 100% book again without hesitation!

We couldn’t be happier to have called Happy Acres our first travel home for the last two years. My husband travels for work and Happy Acres has been our home away from home. Gay and John really put so much love and care into the place and make sure everyone is taken care of. The staff is absolutely wonderful and everyone treats you like family. My son loved going and getting snacks from the office and seriously misses that and all of the office ladies + Mr.Tony. I will say nice places like Happy Acres are few and far between. The lots are huge and very well maintained. It’s hard adjusting to a new place after having been in such kind and welcoming park. We definitely hope we can come back one day!
